Guarantee Policy:

A valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to perform pre-authorisation on the credit card provided. Shall this pre-authorisation fail and no new valid cc details are provided within the next 24 hours, the booking will be released automatically.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel or modify your reservation with no charge until 15:00 hours 3 days prior to arrival. Full stay charge in case of no show, cancellation or change of reservation outside this free cancellation period, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total accommodation cost to your credit card or withhold the pre-payment made.
