Address Beach Resort Marassi is situated on Egypt’s North Coast, within the Marassi community between Alexandria and Al Alamein. The resort sits along its own private beach spanning over 160 metres and is within walking distance of Marassi Marina, one of the largest international marinas in the world with 236 berths. The wider Marassi destination includes five beaches, 23 residential villages, an 18-hole golf course, and a variety of retail and leisure offerings.
Standard check-in time is 3.00pm, and check-out is 12.00pm. Late check-out can be requested and is subject to availability on the day of departure. Room rates are subject to a 12% service charge, 1% city tax, and 14% VAT. An incidental deposit of USD 150 per room per stay is required upon arrival. A valid passport or Egyptian ID is required at check-in as per government regulations.

Beach cabanas are studio-style, standalone accommodations situated just steps from the Mediterranean Sea. Each offers a king-size bed, a spacious living area, a kitchenette, two bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and a private terrace.

Yes. The resort offers 169 serviced apartments ranging from studio to four-bedroom layouts, ideal for extended stays or guests seeking a more residential experience.
